A jet transporting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was forced to make an unscheduled landing in the United Kingdom on Wednesday following a fracture was found in the plane's windshield, according to an official statement which verified that the secretary was unharmed.
"The aircraft touched down based on established safety measures and everyone onboard, among them Secretary Hegseth, is safe," an official representative said in a public statement.
